Quality is the name of the game. On time delivery of molds that meet our customers exact requirements 100% of the time is the standard we have set. This has been our reputation in the past, but in order to ensure it in the future Ameritech Die & Mold has made the decision to implement the Tooling and Equipment Standard associated with QS-9000. This standard is TE-9000. We have, throughout our company’s existence, strove for continuous improvement and this program lends itself to just that. We have also noticed a significant increase in requirements among our customers for their vendors to have this type of system in place. This system allows rapid and thorough communication and gives familiarity in conversation at the onset of a program with new customers as well as established ones.
